This Privacy Policy explains how AI Spellcasters LLC collects, uses and shares personal information through the US Truck Drivers Hub website, our request form, our phone number, the driver-recruiting service we run and the recruiting platform we set up for carriers.

Who we are

US Truck Drivers Hub is a brand of AI Spellcasters LLC. Cleveland, OH 44124. Phone (440) 765-9725. Email hello@ustruckdrivershub.com. In this policy, “we”, “us” and “our” mean AI Spellcasters LLC.

For privacy questions and requests, email compliance@ustruckdrivershub.com.

What we collect

When you send a request through our form, we collect:

  • your name, company, email, phone number, fleet size, the service you need and your message;
  • your SMS and call consent choices, the version of the consent text you saw, the time, your IP address and browser user agent, kept as a record of your consent;
  • the page you sent the form from and campaign details from the link you followed, such as UTM tags and Meta or Google click IDs.

When you call our phone number or we call you from it, we collect your phone number, the time and length of the call and, when the call is recorded, a recording, a transcript and an automated summary of the call (see “Call recording”).

When you browse our site, analytics and advertising tools collect the pages you visit, your clicks, device and browser details and approximate location based on your IP address (see “Cookies and analytics”). Our hosting provider keeps technical logs, such as IP addresses and requested pages.

When a driver calls one of the recruiting numbers we run, we process the call as described in “Driver calls and our candidate pool”.

When a driver sends an application through our “For drivers” page, we process it as described in “Driver applications through this website”.

Driver calls and our candidate pool

We run job ads for trucking companies (carriers) that hire drivers. Each ad set gets its own tracking number. We handle the calls to these numbers in one of two ways:

  • Recruiting service: our recruiters take drivers’ calls under the US Truck Drivers Hub name. For these calls, AI Spellcasters LLC decides how the information is used.
  • Recruiting platform: a carrier’s own recruiters take the calls on the carrier’s numbers. For these calls, we process the information on that carrier’s behalf, and the carrier decides how it is used.

For these calls we collect:

  • the caller’s phone number, the number called and the ad it belongs to, and the time and length of the call;
  • a recording of answered calls, with the driver and the recruiter on separate tracks, and of voicemails;
  • a transcript of the recording;
  • a driver questionnaire filled in from the call, such as name and contact details, location, CDL class and endorsements, driving experience, equipment, work history, accidents, tickets and other driving-record details the driver mentions, preferences, home time, pay expectations and start date, and a short call summary;
  • records of callbacks placed through the platform; these calls may also be recorded.

Under our recruiting service, we keep drivers’ information in our candidate pool. When a driver matches a carrier’s job, we share the driver’s questionnaire and contact details with that carrier. This can be a carrier other than the one whose ad the driver called about. We may also post short summaries of drivers looking for work in our community groups, without names, phone numbers or other contact details.

If a driver agrees, we may use the driver’s phone number or email address to build advertising audiences on Meta. We upload them in hashed form so that Meta can show our job ads to drivers like them, or leave out drivers who have already responded. Meta may use the uploaded data only to provide this service to us. A driver can withdraw at any time by emailing compliance@ustruckdrivershub.com.

Under the recruiting platform, each carrier receives the information from calls to its own numbers. Every carrier makes its own hiring decisions. We do not sell drivers’ information.

We use AI-assisted tools to transcribe calls and fill in a driver questionnaire. Candidates are checked against the carrier's own hiring rules, and the carrier makes every hiring decision.

If you called about a job and want to see, correct or delete your information, or do not want us to share it with other carriers, email compliance@ustruckdrivershub.com. For calls to a carrier’s own numbers, we will work with that carrier on your request.

Driver applications through this website

If you apply as a driver or owner-operator through our “For drivers” page, we collect:

  • your name and phone number;
  • your state, whether you are a company driver or an owner-operator, your CDL class, driving experience, equipment and language, and whether you are authorized to work in the US;
  • any message you add;
  • your SMS and call consent choices, the version of the consent text you saw, the time, your IP address and browser user agent, kept as a record of your consent;
  • the page you sent the form from and campaign details from the link you followed, such as UTM tags and Meta or Google click IDs.

We keep your details in our candidate pool. Our recruiters use them to find carrier jobs that fit your experience, and we may show them to carriers whose jobs fit, as described in “Driver calls and our candidate pool”. We keep them while they can help match you with a job, or until you ask us to delete them. Sending your details does not guarantee a job or an interview.

To see, correct or delete your details, or to ask us not to share them with other carriers, email compliance@ustruckdrivershub.com.

We don't target, exclude or screen candidates based on race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, genetic information or any other protected characteristic. Driver ads run under Meta's Employment special ad category.

How we use information

We use personal information to:

  • answer your request and talk with you about our services;
  • provide our recruiting service and platform to carriers: route calls, record and transcribe them, fill in questionnaires, and send call cards and callbacks;
  • match drivers in our candidate pool with carriers’ jobs;
  • measure and improve our website, ads and services;
  • keep our systems secure and stop spam and abuse;
  • meet legal obligations and enforce our terms.

Who we share it with

We do not sell personal information for money. Some US state laws may treat the Meta Pixel on our site, and driver audiences we upload to Meta, as “sharing” for targeted advertising; see “Your Privacy Choices” to opt out.

We share personal information only in these categories:

  • Service providers that run parts of our service for us: Railway (hosting and storage), Resend (email delivery), Google (Google Workspace email and Google Analytics), Telegram (request and call notifications), Meta (the Meta Pixel, ad delivery and advertising audiences), Telnyx (phone calls), Deepgram (speech-to-text) and AI model providers we reach through OpenRouter (questionnaires).
  • Carriers: a carrier receives the information from driver calls to its own numbers and, under our recruiting service, the questionnaires and contact details of drivers who match its jobs.
  • Legal and safety: when the law requires it, or to protect our rights, our users or the public.
  • Business transfers: if our business is merged or sold, as part of that deal.

All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. We will not sell or share your mobile information with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes.

Text messages

If you check the SMS box on our form, we may text you about your request. Our SMS Terms explain message frequency, rates and how to opt out. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts.

We will not share your opt-in to an SMS campaign with any third party for purposes unrelated to providing you with the services of that campaign.

Call recording

Calls may be recorded. Calls to and from our phone number (440) 765-9725 go through the same call platform we run for carriers, so they may be recorded and transcribed, with an automated summary. We use these recordings to answer you and to keep a record of the call.

Calls between drivers and the recruiting numbers we run, including callbacks placed through the platform, may also be recorded, as described in “Driver calls and our candidate pool”.

Cookies and analytics

Our site loads Google Tag Manager, which runs Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel. These tools use cookies and similar technologies to collect information about your visit.

We may use pixels, web beacons and other storage technologies from third parties, including Meta and Google, to collect or receive information from our website. These third parties, including Meta, may use that information to provide measurement services and to target and deliver ads.

You can opt out of interest-based ads at www.aboutads.info/choices, in your Facebook and Instagram ad settings, and in your browser settings, which can block or delete cookies. See also “Your Privacy Choices”.

Driver ads and equal opportunity

We don't target, exclude or screen candidates based on race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, genetic information or any other protected characteristic. Driver ads run under Meta's Employment special ad category.

Your Privacy Choices

  • Global Privacy Control: if your browser sends a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, our site does not load Google Tag Manager, so Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel do not run. We treat the signal as a request to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information.
  • Access, correction and deletion: email compliance@ustruckdrivershub.com to ask what we hold about you, or to correct or delete it. We may need to confirm your identity first.
  • Text messages: reply STOP to any text from us to opt out, or HELP for help.
  • Calls: tell us on the call or email hello@ustruckdrivershub.com if you do not want us to call you.
  • Ads: use www.aboutads.info/choices, your Meta ad settings or your browser settings to limit interest-based ads.
  • Driver audiences: email compliance@ustruckdrivershub.com to be removed from the advertising audiences we build on Meta.

We will not treat you differently for using these choices.

How long we keep information

We keep request information as long as we need it to answer you and to work with you, and consent records as long as we need them to show that we had your consent. We keep call information for a carrier’s own numbers while the carrier uses our service or until the carrier asks us to delete it. We keep drivers’ information in our candidate pool while it can help match the driver with a job, or until the driver asks us to delete it. In both cases we keep it longer only if the law requires it. Then we delete it or remove what identifies you.

Security

We protect personal information with reasonable technical and organizational measures, such as encrypted connections and limited access. No method of sending or storing data is completely secure.

Our Facebook community

The US Truck Drivers Hub community is a Facebook group. Meta’s privacy policy governs how Facebook handles your data there. As group admins, we see what members post in the group.

Children

Our website and services are meant for adults and businesses. They are not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. We will post the new version on this page with a new effective date. If the changes are significant, we will point them out on our website.
