These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the US Truck Drivers Hub website and the services of AI Spellcasters LLC (“we”, “us”). By using the website or our services, you agree to these Terms. If you sign a separate agreement or order with us, it controls where it differs from these Terms.
Our services
US Truck Drivers Hub is a brand of AI Spellcasters LLC. Under this brand we:
- run a driver-recruiting service for US carriers: our recruiters take drivers’ calls under the US Truck Drivers Hub name and hand over to the carrier the drivers who match its hiring criteria;
- set up a recruiting platform for carriers that hire with their own recruiters: we manage Meta job ads for CDL drivers under Meta’s Employment special ad category, give each ad set its own tracking number, record and transcribe answered ad calls, fill in a driver questionnaire checked against the carrier’s hiring rules, and send call cards with a Call button to the carrier’s Telegram group;
- build custom software for trucking businesses;
- host the US Truck Drivers Hub community on Facebook.
We may change features as we improve the platform. The services we provide to you are the ones agreed in your order.
Fees
We agree on your fee with you before the service starts. Fees are due as set out in your order or invoice.
No guaranteed hires
We work to bring you calls from drivers and to help your team handle them. We do not guarantee any number of calls, qualified candidates or hires, or any ad results. Meta decides whether and how ads are delivered.
Hiring decisions and your responsibilities
You make every hiring decision. Questionnaires and rule checks help recruiters; they are not hiring decisions.
You are responsible for your hiring rules and for the job details you give us for your ads, such as pay, home time and requirements.
You are responsible for following the laws that apply to your hiring and to calls on your numbers, including equal employment opportunity laws, driver qualification rules and any notice or consent rules for recorded calls.
Not a consumer reporting agency
US Truck Drivers Hub is not a consumer reporting agency and does not provide consumer reports, background checks or motor vehicle records. Driver information we provide comes from what candidates tell recruiters, ours or the carrier’s, on calls.
If you order background checks or motor vehicle records, you do so through your own providers and under your own obligations, including the Fair Credit Reporting Act.
Automated transcripts and questionnaires
Transcripts, call summaries and questionnaires are produced automatically from call recordings and can contain mistakes. Check important facts with the driver before you rely on them.
Your data
Recruiting platform: information from driver calls to your own numbers belongs to you. You allow us to process it to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for having the rights and giving the notices needed for us to process it for you.
Recruiting service: drivers our recruiters talk to are part of our candidate pool. When we hand a driver over to you, you may use that driver’s information for your own hiring, but you may not sell it or pass it on to others. Drivers who do not match your job may be offered to other carriers.

The US Truck Drivers Hub community is independent and is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by Meta Platforms, Inc. Job posts by members are not verified.
Taking part in the group is also subject to Facebook’s terms and the group’s house rules.
Third-party services
Our services rely on third-party platforms, such as Meta, Telegram and telephone providers. Their own terms apply, and we are not responsible for their outages or changes.
