About
A recruiting agency with its own AI platform
US Truck Drivers Hub is a brand of AI Spellcasters LLC, a software company that runs a driver-recruiting service for US carriers. Try our recruiters on your next hire. If you like it, we set the same platform up for your team.
Why us
Why carriers start with us
Try our recruiting before you build anything of your own.
We pick up the phone
Our recruiter takes the calls from your driver ads, so your team doesn’t have to.
Drivers matched to your criteria
You interview the drivers who match your hiring criteria, not everyone who calls.
Quiet nights
Nobody on your team gets driver calls at night.
Every answered call is recorded
Answered ad calls are recorded and transcribed, and the questionnaire is checked against your hiring criteria.
We tell you what to expect
Before we start, we tell you what you can and cannot expect.
Drivers who speak other languages
Hire drivers who speak different languages. Calls are transcribed in English and Russian.
From recruiting to your own system
Recruiting, then your own platform
Our recruiter takes the calls from your driver ads and hands you the drivers who match your criteria. If you like it, we set up the same platform for your team, and it’s yours.
AI Native operating system
Custom software for US carriers: CRM, automations, AI phone agents and dashboards. We built our recruiting platform ourselves.
Community
Facebook groups for CDL drivers and owner-operators, in Russian and English, with house rules and no spam.
The US Truck Drivers Hub community is independent and is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by Meta Platforms, Inc. Job posts by members are not verified.
