Can we try you before building our own system?

Yes. Start with recruiting as a service. If you like how it works, we can set up the same platform for your team, and later build custom AI Native software around it.

What do we need to start?

We start with a call with you about the job and your company. You bring your hiring criteria and someone who interviews drivers. With the platform you also bring your own recruiters and their phone numbers, and we set up the ads, the tracking numbers and the call cards for your Telegram group.

Does AI decide who gets hired?

No. AI fills in the questionnaire from the call. Code checks it against your hiring criteria and shows the reason for each rule. Your team makes every hiring decision.

Which languages do the calls work in?

English and Russian. Answered ad calls in either language are recorded and transcribed, and the questionnaire is filled in from the transcript.

Who owns the candidate data?

It depends on the option. With the platform, data from calls to your own numbers is yours, and we process it for you. With recruiting as a service, our recruiters talk to drivers under the US Truck Drivers Hub name: the drivers who match your criteria come to you, and the others stay in our candidate pool for other carriers. We don’t sell candidate data.

Do we need our own ATS?

No. With the platform, every call lands in your Telegram group as a card with a Call button, and repeat calls from one driver go into one driver profile.

What happens when my recruiter misses a call?

A card with a Call button lands in your Telegram group. Tap it and pick a recruiter: we ring the recruiter first and dial the driver only after they press 1. The driver sees the number from your ad.

We use AI-assisted tools to transcribe calls and fill in a driver questionnaire. Candidates are checked against the carrier's own hiring rules, and the carrier makes every hiring decision.

We don't target, exclude or screen candidates based on race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, genetic information or any other protected characteristic. Driver ads run under Meta's Employment special ad category.

How the platform works

Answered ad calls, recorded and written up

How the recruiting platform works when your own team runs it. A driver sees an ad and calls. From there, your recruiter works the call from their phone and your company’s Telegram group.

  1. EXIT 1 The ad

    Meta ads for CDL drivers, run under the Employment category. Every ad set gets its own tracking number, so your recruiter knows which ad each call came from.

    One number per ad set. We see which ad brings Class A OTR drivers and which one brings wrong numbers.

  2. EXIT 2 The call

    The call rings your recruiter’s phone. When they pick up, a short whisper tells them where the call came from, then the driver is connected. The driver doesn’t hear it.

  3. EXIT 3 The recording

    Once connected, the conversation is recorded with the driver and your recruiter on separate tracks, then transcribed. It works in English and Russian.

    Two tracks mean every line of the transcript has a speaker: the driver or your recruiter.

  4. EXIT 4 The questionnaire

    AI fills in the driver’s questionnaire from the call. Your hiring rules then check it and show a reason for every rule.
